Tips for properly installing a Glock front sight
This video actually helped a lot.I find it slightly difficult shooting these compact polymer frame guns vs a full-sized gun,or 1911 style gun. This video was straight to the point, and very easy to understand.I really do appreciate the video being that way,and I appreciate the tips.I consider myself a noob, and this helped a lot!!!!
I guess that works for a new shooter that only has Sig 365 pistol. That's all it works for!
Amazing content, handguncombatives. I tapped the thumbs up button on your creation. Looking forward see your next upload from you. Persist in the high quality work.
Which magwell do you have on your shadow 2?
This is the factory CZ magwell that comes with the TS2.
Good tips, thx!
Make sure you drop test them😮
Yes bc we all go around dropping our guns. 🙄
Lemme guess. You are a glock guy that can't afford a staccato.
@@Rooster-q3x I can buy all of them and wanted to but when I seen it won’t pass the drop test I’m good. Things happen and guns have fallen c
@@Rooster-q3x just say I overpaid for a hazard it’s OK. I almost did.
@@THADONBowden pal as a long time police officer and swat commander, I've never dropped my pistol. Ever.
Dave, Are you considering making it your carry gun? I carry the C-2 with a Holosun 507 comp and absolutely love it! I’m now considering getting another Staccato, tough part is deciding which one. Thanks, Rick
I like the look of this drill.
Ameriglo optic broke at the range. And many people report the same issues. I won’t recommend it on a ccw.
I just received the one I ordered direct from Staccato
How long did it take??
@@Joserizzzal Not that long, about a month. I ordered it with all bells and whistles, flat trigger, DLC coated barrel, X serrations, and a Trijicon RMR red dot.
@@raymondhashemi I just ordered as well !! Thanks !!
@@Joserizzzal good choice
🇺🇸
Is that the full size or compact grip? Thanks Dave.
@@jimhartzell5092 compact grip!
Fantastic firearm. 👍 Thank you for sharing.
Really like the drill. Think I'll start to include it in the curriculums at my academy now. I'm sure it can also be used with a carbine. Two questions, what is the diameter of those bullseye targets and where can they be had ?
Funny to see the staccato in Vicky’s holster. I thought he was sticking with the VP9 due to the mag release. That has been a couple of years ago. Keep putting out drills. Like to see you guys are still producing content. Did the store get relaunched?
Great drill, Mr Dave, What holster are you using here???
Great looking drill, definitely giving it a try
I like it. Thanks guys. It good to see ya
Great video. Needed some reassurance for my p365 grip.
On a p365 Sig with safety how do you drop to make safely mine is rather stiff thank you for your time new subscriber
Use light gun grease on your rails, and it will not wear as much. I use Enos Slide Glide light grease on my Vigil. Works great.
You are a great teacher sir! 👍Liked and Subscribed!
Whose car was this? When I teach my class I just get a car from the junkyard and have them bring it to the range
Love it
1. That is much better than I could do. 2. Those are some mighty large business cards!
Keep posting Dave! You ain't too old Man👍We need your wisdom.
Dave I run Suarez flat face trigger original patrol model on my Glock 17 and 19 with a ghost rocket 3.5. look at what he has they are worth a look especially with the np3 coating. The best trigger I have ever shot on a Glock
Good training suggestion, thanks
can you explain how to pull the trigger? i feel like my grip is spot on, but i’m not sure where to position my trigger finger when i’m pulling.
So glad to see that your back making content and not "fully" retired!
Are there any videos from Dave back in the day? I’m sure he was quite the pistolero
Here’s Dave doing a 5.50 el prez drill when he was a ripe 56 years old: ua-cam.com/video/-4My1n4I2L8/v-deo.htmlsi=kLmT_YG_bRWpdaEA
Good stuff thanks 😊
Been doing this for decades with a DA 357mag revolver and also a SA 45 Colt on playing cards. But this is nothing new. J. B. Hickok and John Wesley Hardin did this often in the latter part of the 19th century.
Good Stuff! Thanks for sharing Dave.
Thanks for sharing! Great Drill!
Thanks for the vid
555BC drill. 5 Yards 5 Rounds 5 Seconds into a Business card. Line breaks count. it’s a technical skill drill that forces the shooter to pay attention to what is important to operate at a higher level. It’s something that can be done at most ranges. Even indoor ranges that require “no rapid fire”. When someone hands you a business card that you don’t need, they just gave you a free target. It only takes 5 rounds to check yourself. 1st work on hitting the target. Then work on efficiency. Don’t worry about the time just work your process. 5 Yards 5Rounds 5 Seconds Business Card full sheet 555 BC dog tag I been south is since 2022
What’s that yellow timer Dave is using?
Dave, you're a legend my friend. Great looking piece! Stay safe and keep enjoying retirement. 🙂
Best instructor I ever had the pleasure of learning from.
💯💯💯💯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Dave isn’t slowing down in retirement! Great drill, keep them coming!!
That was a good cadence
You convey information so well. Clear and easy to follow
Love that stipple on your G43x
GOOD JOB sir... thanks for your years... I'm 6'1" good sized mits but getting probably g43x for edc....I'm surprised at how decent I shoot it... but I follow your advice.... my girp is almost the same as when I hold my much bigger P226...anyway trying to accomplish the same good hold regardless of size difference.... scared me at 2.14 for a few seconds... .
👍
Great to hear from you again Dave!
Do you still deal with Bob Meszaro and Templar Custom Arms?
No sir.
It's good to see you Dave
